Our antenatal classes take place over two Saturdays, with each session lasting approximately six hours from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The duration may vary slightly depending on questions and discussions.

Absolutely! Partners are encouraged to attend for support and participation. If your partner cannot attend you're welcome to bring another support person, although we do charge for additional pregnant guests.

We provide all materials, including class handouts. Please bring a pen, some water, and a comfortable pillow (if you need one).

Our classes cover labour and delivery preparation, pain management options, breastfeeding basics, newborn care, and postnatal recovery. We also include practical tips for partners and support persons.

We recommend booking between 24–32 weeks of pregnancy. This timing ensures you complete the course before your due date, while the information is still fresh and relevant.

Yes, many medical aids in South Africa offer full or partial cover for antenatal classes. We provide invoices and documentation you can submit for reimbursement.
