Our antenatal course consists of two sessions, Class 1 and Class 2, both held on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The full course costs R3,000 and includes a light lunch.

What can I expect during my child's vaccine consultation?We are committed to providing thorough, holistic care. During a routine vaccine visit, we assess your child’s developmental and physical milestones, including weight and height, and administer immunizations according to the South African Immunisation Schedule. We also ensure there’s plenty of time to answer any questions you may have.

How do I book an appointment at Mums & Bums?You can book an appointment online through our secure booking system or call our clinic directly at 064 508 1672.

Can I get a same-day appointment?Same-day appointments may be available depending on our schedule. Please call us as early as possible to check availability.

Do you accept walk-ins, or do I need to book in advance?You will need to book in advance to secure your preferred time and reduce waiting times. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate walk-ins.

What is your cancellation policy?If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We levy a R250 charge on no "call, no-show."

Can I bring my other children or family members to my appointment?Yes, but we encourage limiting too many extra visitors for a smoother consultation experience. If needed, we provide child-friendly waiting areas.

Is my personal information secure with you?Yes, we adhere to strict patient confidentiality policies and comply with South African data protection laws to keep your information safe.

Do you have a policy for missed appointments?If you miss an appointment without prior notice, a cancellation fee may apply. Please inform us in advance if you need to reschedule.
