During a routine vaccine visit, we assess your child’s developmental and physical milestones, including weight and height, and administer immunizations according to the South African Immunisation Schedule. We also ensure there’s plenty of time to answer any questions you may have.

Do you accept walk-ins, or do I need to book in advance?You will need to book in advance to secure your preferred time and reduce waiting times. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate walk-ins.

What is your cancellation policy?If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We levy a R250 charge on no "call, no-show."

Can I bring my other children or family members to my appointment?Yes, but we encourage limiting too many extra visitors for a smoother consultation experience. If needed, we provide child-friendly waiting areas.
